Josie is Chief Executive and co-founder of Creative Access, a social enterprise which supports Black, Asian and other non-white ethnic minority candidates and those from lower socio economic backgrounds into creative careers across the UK. A school Governor, mum of three and self­-confessed bookworm, Josie is a former Director of a London-based communications consultancy and press advisor to the Mayor of London.

Angela Jain, MD of ITV studios - she juggles family life with being an amazing role model and bringing underrepresented voices to the mainstream - always with a fantastic sense of humour

What is your view of a ‘balanced life’?

Hard work, family time, great holidays

What do you do to relax and enjoy yourself in London?

I run a lot, but not sure I enjoy it. Walking on Hampstead Heath with friends and family and doing arts and crafts and gardening with my youngest daughter. Plus finding lots of nice places to drink coffee...

What is your biggest London extravagance?

Getting my ear pierced at the Love Hate Social Club on Portobello Rd.
