Dina is a mother of two and a lover of life and chocolate. She is the founder of Kensington Mums, an award winning go-to platform for London families. Before children she studied Biotechnology for undergraduate and also holds a Masters degree.

Sensitive, Caring, Bubbly, Ambitious with no patience

How did you end up doing what you do?

​

Kensington Mums was created out of passion to connect with other like minded mothers. It all started when I had my first baby. It occurred to me that I was not the only one struggling with interrupted sleep, being on call 24/7 with no time off. Kensington Mums is a comprehensive one stop shop for mums on their parenting journey, who want to be part of a bigger network to support each other, read interesting articles, see what’s happening in London and attend stylish events

What is the best part of what you do?

​

Connecting with other like minded mothers and empowering their motherhood journey.

What was your Plan B?

​

To continue working in my 9-5 job I had before starting Kensington Mums

Professionally, who do you most admire and why?

​

I admire any working mother, where she is a stay at home mum, has a job, an entrepreneur, and single mothers. They are all amazing in their own way!

What is your view of a ‘balanced life’?

​

I am still trying to figure this one out, if you find the answer please let me know.

What do you do to relax and enjoy yourself in London?

​

I love pamper days, and spending long walks in the park. My favourite must be spending time with the girls over long afternoon tea.

What is your biggest London extravagance?

​

Love everything about London, from the museums, parks, shopping and restaurants. Everything is a bit of extravagance when you think about it.

Where is your favourite place in London?

​

Holland Park must be my favourite, its where I spend countless days playing as a little girl and now  I see it great for family days out in London.
