SALARY: Excellent gross market rate salary depending on your qualifications and experience

 

 DAYS: One week on/off

 

HOURS: 24/7 - live in (one week on/off)

 

CHILDREN: Previous Rota nanny experience caring for babies from new-born

as well as toddlers - minimum of 8 years as a nanny

                      

DESCRIPTION: 

This wonderful down to earth family who currently live in South Kensington and are planning to move to Notting Hill area, are seeking two highly experienced Rota nannies to care for their 2-year-old daughter (born April 2021) and new-born baby (due July 2023). They would like the nannies to work on a one week on/off rota. As both parents work full time and long hours, they want the nanny to be confident to take complete sole charge of the children, take their own initiative and have excellent communication skills. Accommodation will be provided whilst on duty with your own room and bathroom.

Successful applicants must have previous Rota nanny experience caring for a new-borns as well as toddlers. They would like a developmentally focussed nurturing nanny who genuinely loves supporting children to reach their milestones. The ideal candidates will be positive, proactive, energetic, fun, engaging, knowledgeable and discreet. It is essential you are honest, kind, laid back and trustworthy. They would like to treat the nannies as part of their informal family and value candidates who are safety conscious, responsible and able to offer advice when needed but who are not set in their ways.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

• All nursery duties
• Previous Rota nanny experience caring for a newborns as well as toddlers

• Be confident to look after multiple children

• CACHE level 3 or childcare equivalent and maternity training are a bonus

• Fluent level of English
• Have flexibly during the family's times of travel, to work on a two week on/off shift
