with the flexibility to work overtime if needed during certain travel periods

DESCRIPTION:

A loving and adventurous family are seeking an experienced and qualified hands-on full-time nanny to join their family for sole and shared care of their two children, a 3-year-old boy and a 1-year-old girl.

They lead a nomadic lifestyle, traveling between London, Los Angeles, France, and Italy for extended periods throughout the year. Therefore, it is essential that their nanny is flexible, comfortable with being away from home, and does not have dependents. While they are currently residing in London for the next month, a live-out nanny based in London is preferred, although live-in arrangements will be considered. Accommodation will be provided while traveling and a confident driver is required for the US, France and Italy.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

• Provide general care for the children, ensuring their safety, well-being, and development

• Create and implement age-appropriate activities, educational play, and outings

• Manage the children's schedules, organise activities, and engage in stimulating play

• Prepare meals and undertake batch cooking, considering dietary preferences and restrictions

• Assist with potty training and ensure a clean and organised environment

• Perform light housekeeping duties related to the children's areas

• Accompany the family during travel and provide support during trips

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

• Minimum of 6+ years of professional childcare experience, including experience with multiples

• Proficiency in sleep training methods and early childhood education or a related field

• Experience as a travel nanny, with a strong understanding of the unique challenges and demands of traveling with children

• Passionate about children and experienced with similar age groups

• Kind, friendly, dynamic, fun, super-organised, and outdoorsy

• Fluent in English (essential) and additional language skills are a plus

• Meticulous driving record and proficient swimming skills

• Hold up to date first aid/infant CPR certification

• Excellent checkable references

ADDITIONAL DETAILS:

• Comfort around pets is a must, as they have a friendly house cat who adores attention

• Light grooming and care may be required

• Ideal candidate already holds a B1/B2 visa for the USA for a minimum of 3 years, but the parents can support the perfect nanny with the application if you don’t already hold this

• Right to live/work in EU

• Family-oriented household with a hands-on approach to childcare (not a HNW fully staffed household)

• Willingness to travel extensively between London, Los Angeles, France, Italy, and other locations

• Duration: Permanent, long-term
