SALARY: Excellent gross market rate salary depending on your experience

 

DAYS: 3.5 days per week (flexible but ideally Tues-Fri)

 

HOURS: 40 Per Week

Ideally 8am to 7pm on Tues, Wed & Thurs, plus one evening until 9pm
Fri 8am to 12pm

 

CHILDREN: 5.5 month-old baby girl

                      

DESCRIPTION:

This wonderful family is looking for a genuine loving nanny who has a bubbly, positive approach, is very caring and calm with at least 6 years’ experience working with babies from 5 months old to support first time parents. The family have a 5.5-month-old baby girl and would love to find a focussed nanny who can work on three and a half days a week (40 hours guaranteed) to take care of their beautiful daughter. They also have a cute small dog and a friendly cat, so you need to be comfortable having pets in the home.

The parents are both professional, understanding, and supportive and would like to find a nanny who can work in partnership with them with caring for their daughter and help her to reach all her developmental milestones and actively engage with her. As they are first time parents, they are looking for a nanny who can offer advice and support but also follow their routines, including helping with weaning and introducing her to a variety of healthy food (she also has a milk intolerance).

It is essential you can easily commute to Shoreditch, E2 and you must also be happy to work 3.5 days per week, ideally Tuesday to Friday lunchtime, but they are flexible and can offer different days.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

• All nursery duties

• Minimum 6 years working with babies from 5 months old as well as being able to support with weaning and establishing routines

• Fluent English speaker, German speaker would be a bonus

• If you have a Montessori approach, this would be valued

• Take her to parks and local activities and have a genuine interest in having fun with children with a muck in attitude

• Babysitting once per week until 9 pm

• Parking is available if you want to drive to work, being a driver is a bonus. The family can also insure you in their automatic car.
