LIVE IN OR LIVE OUT – separate accommodation provided if live in

SALARY: £50,000-£65,000 depending on experience and qualifications

DAYS: Monday to Thursday – 7.30 am to 6.30 pm, Fridays 7.30 am – 2.30 pm

CHILDREN: 3 children ages 18 months, 6 and 8 years old

DUTIES: Sole care of the children, work in partnership with parents who will be hands on, follow, and adapt routines as they get older, organise their toys and clothes, take some responsibility for their cooking and all nanny duties. They have a full-time housekeeper, so you need to work in a team. Promote the children’s development, help to reach milestones, support with toilet training, and engage them in lots of activities.  Drive the children to and from school, playgroups and activities, organise playdates.  Travel with the family several times per year. 

REQUIREMENTS: Up to date DBS, first aid, relevant nanny experience of looking after children from 18 months and school age (minimum of 4 years), excellent references. The family want someone who is experienced, energetic, kind, flexible, organised, fun, a good communicator, imaginative; firm yet fair, engaging, fluent English speaker.  You need to be able to care for three children on your own and be confident with health and safety.  Some babysitting and travelling required 3-5 times per year for up to 2 weeks at a time.  You must be a confident UK driver, able to swim and be COVID vaccinated.
