START: End of February/Beginning of March until September

 

SALARY: Excellent gross market rate salary depending on your experience

 

DAYS: Monday to Thursday

 

HOURS: 40 Per Week - 8.30am – 6.30pm

 

CHILDREN: 11 month-old baby boy

                      

DESCRIPTION:

This wonderful family is seeking a kind, trustworthy and passionate 4 DAY nanny with at least 5 years’ experience working with babies from 11 months old. Ideal working days are Monday to Thursday. The family have a gorgeous baby boy who is currently 9 months old. The role will be sole charge from March, when Mum returns to work. They would like a nanny who genuinely loves her job, is interested in child development and is passionate about working with children. They would also like the nanny to be very developmentally focussed and support their son to meet his milestones, plan age-appropriate activities, introduce him to new experiences and be very safety conscious. He is a very happy, routined baby and loves being interactive. He is also high-energy and lots of fun.

The family are looking for someone who is confident to care for babies of this age and who is committed, affectionate, energetic, and outgoing and who takes pride in working with children with an interest in child development. The nanny will need to be a very good communicator who will work in partnership with the parents and be part of the family.

The baby is due to start nursery in September so this will be a six-month contract, however, they may feel he is thriving with the nanny and extend the contract!

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

• All nursery duties

• Minimum 6 years working with babies from 11 months old

• Fluent English speaker

• COVID vaccinated

• Take him to parks and local activities

• Babysitting on occasion if parents want to go out for a few hours in the evening
